Iknimaya (Ikran Territory)

Welcome to Iknimaya. This place is for flying your Ikran, or bonding with one for the first time. If you are here to find your first Ikran, you must be accompanied by a senior warrior and given permission by your mentor.

"We haven't flown like this in a long time, Tiba." Mineya patted her ikran's neck. "Nga yawn lu oer." She said. They flew up very high, then dived down. "My favorite thing to do. I have forgotten what is feels like..." Mineya and Tiba (Ikran) landed on a small cliff. She dismounted and sat on the edge, watching the forest far, far below. Then, she heard the buffeting sound of demon wings. She looks up and saw Toruk. She screamed and hid inside the cave, dragging along her ikran. Toruk landed on the cliff, smelled around, then took off. She let out a breath and went back to kelutral, shaking the entire ride back.

Mineya lands on a floating rock, which could probably only fit two more ikran. She dismounts and sits over the side, and watches a toruk randomly flying in the distance. Her ikran screeches, scared, and shuffles forward. He hits Mineya's back, and she goes flying off the side of the rock. Everything goes whirring past, and she sees Toruk darting towards her. She closes her eyes, knowing that he will probably eat her. Then, everything goes black when she lands on his back.
